“Five very special and incredible voices...like no other you will see out there...” - CabaretHotlineOnline.com

Lush, knockout jazz harmonies, clever arrangements, and an actor’s sensibility characterize Marquee Five, the collaboration of Mick Bleyer, Rebecca Graae, Adam West Hemming, Vanessa Parvin, and Sierra Rein. These five powerhouse vocalists take classics from your record shelf and spin them into harmony fireworks.

Hailed as “a breath of fresh air in the cabaret world” (BroadwayWorld.com) with “superb blend in song” (NiteLifeExchange.com), the group won a 2010 MAC Award for their debut show at The Metropolitan Room in NYC.

Marquee Five’s Tin Pan program will include hits from their shows “8-Track Throwback” and “Back Porch Swing”.

“8-Track Throwback”, which Cabaret Scenes called “top-notch spectacular,” is a tribute to the singer/songwriters of the 60s and 70s featuring favorites from Stevie Wonder, Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Leonard Cohen, and more. “8-Track Throwback” is a reimagined and joyous celebration of the music that takes you back. The album version of 8-Track Throwback is available on iTunes.

“Back Porch Swing (Big Band Vocals, Back Porch Style)” is an evening of tunes that will set your toes ‘a tappin’! Marquee Five’s nostalgic show will transport you back to a simpler time by visiting greats like George and Ira Gershwin, Duke Ellington, Irving Berlin and more. Swinging piano supports big band vocals that will touch your heart.
