Join us for a cozy winter night to celebrate romance with a "Night of Romance." Emme St. James and Her Jazz Gentlemen will fill the night with love songs written by many great American composers such as Cole Porter, George Cershwin, Rodgers and Hart and more.

More About Emme St. James:
Jazz vocalist, jazz singer, cabaret performer – Based in Richmond, Virginia, Emme St. James has been performing her sophisticated jazz styling for nearly 20 years.As a young girl, Miss St. James spent countless hours singing and playing jazz standards at her parents’ piano while dreaming of one day becoming a jazz singer herself. Today she is backed by top jazz musicians and her dream of being a jazz vocalist is a reality. Combining classical training with the influences of Julie London, Doris Day and Peggy Lee, Miss St. James uses her velvet voice to create the sophisticated atmosphere of yesterday’s intimate cabarets.

Emme St. James and Her Jazz Gentlemen have traveled throughout theeast coast and performed for the Duck Jazz Festival, Staunton’s Jazz in the Park and the Jazz in July Festival in Salem, VA. They enjoy performing at regional favorites The Homestead, The Greenbrier, The Stonewall Jackson Hotel and Keswick Hall. They can be heard often at the Wine Loft in Richmond, VA and monthly at Cooper Vineyards in Louisa, VA. A self-titled EP was released in August 2010 and their much anticipated holiday recording “I’d Like You for Christmas” was released in November 2012.

With the flexibility of performing as a duo up to a sextet, Emme St. James and Her Jazz Gentlemen can create the sophisticated mood and elegant atmosphere their clients’ desire.
